It's our first snow day of the year! I'm up before 5 with a headache that is preventing sleep. I'm pretty sure that I'll be napping with Kinzie this afternoon.
At this time next week, I'll be at the Omaha airport. Getting ready to head here
But...in the mean time. I've got a lot to do back home including: packing, getting Kinzie ready for a week with grandma and grandpa, getting 4 day sub plans ready, getting report cards done, working on conferences, the list goes on. Did I mention...I'll be a single parent this week?
Nick was supposed to leave this afternoon for Illinois, but due to the snow, he leaves tomorrow afternoon most likely.
I don't like to be a martyr, ok, sometimes I do, but this week is going to be hard!

it'll be hard, it's ok to say it. It's hard to be a single parent (even if it's only for a night!). Shoot. Anthony's going to be gone overnight in March and I'm already planning on going to my parents' lol
Glad to see another post! (2 actually!) So jealous of your trip next week, all the extra work this week will pay off when you are basking in the sun!
